We're here to help

No music yet?

Showing tips for Ethernet.

Check power, cables and volume
Make sure the player and amplifier are on, the audio cable is firmly connected to the AUDIO port, and the amplifier is set to the correct input. Raise the volume slowly and check that mute is off. If you just connected the player, give it a few minutes to start.
Could this be a scheduled quiet period?
Your music schedule may include times with no music. During those periods, silence is expected. Check your Jukeboxy schedule or ask the person who manages music for your business.
Check the Ethernet cable and router port
Make sure the cable clicks into place at both ends. Try a different port on your router or switch, or a different cable. If the port on your router has lights, check that they are on.
My network blocks new devices
Some business networks block new devices or need them approved first. Ask your IT team to allow the player on the network. Wi-Fi setup is another option.
I can't see the Jukeboxy setup network
Move close to the player, make sure the antenna is attached to the ANT port, unplug Ethernet and wait about 2 to 3 minutes. Look for a network that starts with Jukeboxy-. A player already connected to a working Wi-Fi network does not normally open its setup network. Contact us if you need help changing networks.
The Wi-Fi setup page won't open
Check that your phone is still connected to the Jukeboxy network, even if it says "No internet." Open http://jukeboxy.local:8080/ in the browser. If a VPN is on, pause it during setup. If the address doesn't load, open the connected network's details, find Router (iPhone) or Gateway (Android), then enter http:// followed by that address and :8080/.
My business Wi-Fi isn't listed, or won't connect
Check the network name and password. If you use "Rescan networks," the setup network may briefly disconnect. Join it again to see the updated list. If connection fails, wait for the Jukeboxy setup network to come back and try again. Networks that need a web sign-in or business username may need help from your IT team. Ethernet is another option.
Where is my serial number?
You'll find it on the label on the bottom of your player. Have it ready when you contact us.

Still need a hand?

Have the serial number from your player ready. We'll get your music going.
